At HomeStart, we focus on quality, consistency, and genuine connection, recognizing that lasting progress happens through trust and collaboration.

As an ODP approved provider, HomeStart offers services grounded in integrity and best practices, while remaining flexible and responsive to each person's goals, preferences, and pace. We work closely with individuals, families, and supports coordinators to ensure services are tailored, transparent, and aligned with what truly matters to the person receiving support.

HomeStart is an emerging startup agency located in Delaware County, PA. At HomeStart, we envision a world where every adult with intellectual and developmental disabilities is empowered to live with dignity, independence, and purpose. Through compassionate, person-centered support at home and in the community, we strive to foster inclusion, build meaningful relationships, and create opportunities for all individuals to thrive as valued members of society.
